Ron is a partner of the firm with over 30 years of experience representing cooperatives and condominiums throughout the New York Metropolitan Area as general counsel. Ron’s experience is rooted in representing tenant’s associations through the conversion process and beyond once the sponsor surrenders control. Ron is proud to have continuously represented a number of the firm’s clients for over 25 years guiding them as well as our newer clients through virtually every imaginable issue facing cooperatives and condominiums today. Ron is regularly called upon to develop innovative strategies for addressing unique problems that our client’s face.
