Jack E. Lepper
Managing Partner
Jack is the managing partner of the firm and has been the driving force behind the firm’s growth and development of practice areas. While Jack is well versed in all of the firm’s practice areas, his primary focus is counseling cooperatives and condominiums in all aspects of their operations, particularly with regard to financing and local law work. Jack is a skilled negotiator who is often called upon to unofficially mediate between differing factions of cooperative boards and shareholders Jack’s practical approach to the practice of law combined with his strong understanding of the financial, construction, regulatory and general corporate issues have proven to be a fine asset to our clients in need of guidance and direction. Jack's bottom line approach is valued by the firm’s Mitchell-Lama and other “regulated” cooperatives who regularly call upon him to address the unique issues those entities face.
