Fran’s expertise is assisting coop boards and committees with the internal aspects of coop/condo life, working closely with them in developing and revising policies, house rules and by-laws. Fran oversees our clients’ administrative proceedings and landlord-tenant issues and administrative proceedings and is fully familiar with the Mitchell-Lama Rules promulgated by HPD. She is regularly called upon by our clients to assist with succession issues, transfer questions and HPD audit responses. She is recognized as an attorney who gets the job done in a manner that is effective and practical.
