Eric T. Kolle is an Associate at Kagan Lubic Lepper Finkelstein & Gold, LLP. He has vast knowledge in Real Estate Litigation, Transactional and Cooperatives and Condominium Practices and is experienced in representing cooperatives and condominium buildings in litigation matters, in addition to conducting commercial, residential and municipal real estate transactions.
Mr. Kolle has been advising purchasers, sellers, municipalities, lenders, sponsors, landlords and tenants in a wide range of real estate transactions throughout the State of New York. Mr. Kolle represents developers of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties and is proficient in drafting contracts and lease agreements. Mr. Kolle acts as special counsel to institutional lenders concerning mezzanine and construction financing.
Mr. Kolle represents cooperatives and condominium buildings in litigation actions, as well as areas ranging from day-to-day matters to drafting and filing offering plans and amendments thereto and handling cooperative refinancing.
Prior to joining Kagan Lubic Lepper Finkelstein & Gold, LLP, Mr. Kolle worked as an Associate attorney in Ganfer Shore Leeds & Zauderer in their Real Estate Transactions and Cooperatives and Condominium Practices.
