Adam D. Finkelstein

Adam joined the firm as a partner in 2004. He oversees much of the firm’s Cooperative and Condominium Servicing and Real Estate Departments. He is regularly involved as general counsel advising clients in dealing with their general governance issues as well as in the drafting and negotiation of a wide array of contracts, leases and mortgage loan documents ranging in subject matter from residential purchase and sale agreements to telecommunication and cable agreements as well as commercial leasing and mortgage loan documents.
